AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH (GASP) AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH

THIS SHIT IS PRICELESS. 5/5 10/10 AND FAVED

lvl5drummer responds:

hahaha Thanks! pass it on to your friends. see how many people we can get

quite good. really.

some asshole zero-bombed you, so i boosted you there. my only complaint is that the mid-range piano part starting at :24 sounds a bit forced and TOO same-note-velocity, like the Hulk playing the piano or something. other than that, the semi-fast drums in the background provide a good dichotomy and a tinge of desperation to an otherwise melancholy song. good work

sonicExplorer responds:

yeah it does seem a bit forced- I will mellow the piano down some and perhaps resubmit. thanks for the review and the vote!

HOLY DAMNIT

this kicks ass, as does all your stuff. 10/10 5/5 and faved

nice try

but the piano's same-note-velocity quality really kills it. it would have worked if you had made it delicate hard and sharp in places for more edgy tension, and some delicate portions for quiet suspense.

HELL YEAH

faved, downloaded, 5/5 10/10. this is some epic-ass shit you got here.

really quite good

my only complaints are that the guitars sound a little tinny, but that might just be my speakers, and that yeah its rather lacking without vocals. even just an epic monologue would be appropriate.

very, very good

well done, simply instrumentated and all that whatnot. my only complaint is that you cranked the note velocity on the piano ALL THE DAMN WAY UP, which makes it sound like either a machine or the freakin' Hulk is playing it, because no human can slam the keys that hard that fast. otherwise, poifect.

very encouraging

to actually hear some jazz on NG. autumn leaves is one of my favorite songs, after all.

meh

nothing wrong with it, really, besides that the "metronome" is mind-bogglingly annoying and the song seems to drag on, rather than to progress. simple, too, but appealingly so. would like so see a fully orchestrated version.

jmerk800 responds:

Thank you, I was going to add on and make a orchestrated version but my computer crashed, I am sorry ):

FUCKIN BEAST

this is the ONLY song i have ever heard modeled after old-school composers (Mozart, etc.) that has held my interest for more than a minute. you kick major ass.

Experimenting with a spriting program, having some difficulty.
